Fitness and Wellness Programs for Busy Moms
You spend your days taking care of everyone else, and what a mom you are for being so selfless and dedicated to those you love the most. But you deserve to take care of yourself, too. We know making time for YOU can be hard, but we are here to help.
We offer kid-friendly, fun and affordable fitness and wellness programs designed for all moms. Our classes, including Bootcamp and Barre, are taught at the Grace Chapel Indoor Turf Field by certified personal trainers who are moms just like you!
No matter your fitness level, we can help you stay motivated and accountable so that you can achieve a healthy version of yourself. Our programs fit a variety of lifestyle needs, and will allow every mom to feel fulfilled and proud of her accomplishments, no matter how big or small.
