My name is Kristie and I am the proud mom of six kids. Before having my own kids, I was a third-grade teacher at a Catholic school here in Cincinnati. When my oldest was born, I decided to stay at home with him.
I was always an active person, but, after having kids, I realized that I needed to be sure I was setting aside time for self-care rather than just always being swamped with daily “mom duties.” Working out became something I grew to look forward to every day, and it helped me to remember that taking care of myself was important, too. Over the years, my passion for working out only grew, and it continues to be an important part of my daily routine.
In 2020, I decided to combine my passions for teaching and fitness, and I became a certified personal trainer through NASM. My hope now is to be able to give other moms an opportunity to take care of themselves through programs that enable them to achieve their wellness goals while continuing to be great moms at the same time!
My name is Mandy and I am the mom to three wonderful kids. I have been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for over 12 years working with women and families to find balance in nutrition and health.
I am also a Certified Barre Instructor and I love connecting with other moms to help them feel their best to tackle all that motherhood throws their way.
My goal is to create classes that are fun and effective, while also showing our little ones how wonderful and rewarding staying active can be! By combining my skills as a Dietitian and Barre Instructor, I work to provide moms with positive encouragement to achieve their goals and live
healthy, fulfilled lives.
